I Kissed A Boy host Dannii Minogue confirms I Kissed A Girl is coming
I Kissed a Boy host Dannii Minogue has confirmed that an I Kissed a Girl series is in the works.
Following the success of the new BBC Three dating show, which sees 10 single men head to an Italian villa in hopes of finding love, viewers had been wondering whether or not the broadcaster would make a female version.
Following popular demand the BBC has now confirmed that I Kissed a Girl is 100% on its way, with the application process currently open. Reacting to the news on Twitter, the singer and presenter shared a clip of herself in-front of her TV while the announcement was read out.
"Yes, see you there for series two!" she screamed excitedly, before blowing a kiss to the camera.

Following the show's premiere last month, I Kissed A Boy has received positive feedback for its new approach to the dating show format - which sees the contestants forced to test their chemistry by kissing a potential partner upon first sight.

The show has also received praise for its LGBT+ representation, something which Minogue believes has been lacking from other dating shows in the past.
"I think so many people have been wanting a gay dating show," she said in an interview with Radio Times.
"It's confusing to me why so many people are asking for it but then nobody was making this show."

She added: "I actually got asked yesterday, 'Had you been asked to do a lot of other shows like this and this was the first one you said yes to?' and I was like, 'No, this is the first time that's ever come up.'
"So I think a lot of people wanted it, but it just wasn't happening."
I Kissed A Boy airs on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer.
