Kingsman 3 gets exciting filming update
Kingsman 3 has received an exciting update from filmmaker Matthew Vaughn, who has confirmed filming will begin next year.
Vaughn found great success with the first two Kingsman movies, which starred Colin Firth and Taron Egerton, while a prequel film, The King's Man, came out in 2021 to mixed reviews.
Fans of the original trilogy can get excited now as Vaughn has spoken about the progress of the third movie, which is currently titled The Blue Blood, at a panel at New York Comic Con (reported here via Screen Rant).

"Next year we're rebooting Kick-Ass and we're making Kingsman 3," Vaughn said, confirming that filming will begin in 2024.
Vaughn then described his Kick-Ass reboot in more detail: "Kick-Ass sort of changed people's perception of what a superhero film was at that time. So we're doing it again. So it's none of the characters from the other Kick-Ass."
"We'd like to bring them back after the reboot, but this reboot is just going off on a tangent that I really can't talk about. But it's fun."

This update follows on from the promising comments Egerton himself made earlier this year, in which he said: "[Vaughn] has every intention of making it, and I have every intention of playing Eggsy one more time."
"That was always what I thought I was committed to doing. It's the role that made my name, so I suppose, in a way, I just want it to be absolutely right if we do it again, and I want the story to do justice to the part that really changed my life."
He finished: "Watch this space. [Vaughn is] certainly not backing off the idea."
Kingsman: The Secret Service, Kingsman: The Golden Circle and The King's Man, are streaming on Disney+.
