Kidnapping defendant charged for what investigators say was pipe bomb

Mar. 11—EAU CLAIRE — The man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman in April 2023 was in court Monday for hearings in that case and a separate set of charges that accuse him of having a pipe bomb in his home.

Reimondo Pagan, 61, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of improvised explosives in the newer case, when stems from a tip by the property manager at his former residence.
