Kevin Spacey charged with four counts of sexual assault against three men in the U.K.

Disgraced “House of Cards” actor Kevin Spacey was hit with four counts of sexual assault in England on Thursday — the same day he took the stand for an unrelated sexual abuse lawsuit in Manhattan.

The 62-year-old actor has been accused of sexual assault against three men, as well as “causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent,” the Crown Prosecution Service Special Crime Division announced Thursday.

The charges stem from an investigation by the Metropolitan Police, CPS said.

Two of the alleged incidents occurred in March 2005, the third in August 2008 and the final in April 2013, according to police. One was in Gloucestershire and the others in London.

No other details were given, including the ages or identities of the victims other than that they are all male.

The criminal charges filed against Spacey came as he was sitting in a Manhattan Federal Court courtroom in a separate sexual assault lawsuit in which he was accused by two men of sexually assaulting them when they were minors in the 1980s.

Spacey, who was testifying in the case Thursday, declined to comment on the new charges outside court, ignoring reporters as he used the bathroom. He again declined to comment when he left the courthouse and ducked into a waiting SUV.

After the revelations of the new charges, which were slow to enter the strict, no electronics courtroom, Spacey spent much of the rest of the hearing hunched over with his head hung low.

“Today Mr. Fowler has been criminally charged in England,” an attorney for one of Spacey’s alleged victims in the lawsuit told the judge, using Spacey’s legal last name.

Spacey’s lawyer, Chase Scolnick, declined to comment.

The embattled actor has been accused of sexual misconduct by dozens of men, beginning with “Star Trek” actor Anthony Rapp, who said in October 2017 that Spacey assaulted him when he was just 14. Rapp is the plaintiff in the Manhattan Federal Court case.

Among other alleged victims were Tony Montana, Richard Dreyfuss’ son, a teenager who accused Spacey of groping him at a Nantucket bar in 2016; several actors at the Old Vic theater in London where he served as artistic director; a theater usher in Connecticut, and; a military adviser working on the set of “Outbreak.”

As allegations poured in, Spacey was fired from “House of Cards,” replaced in “All the Money in the World” and dumped by his publicity team.

For the next three years, the 62-year-old New Jersey native released unsettling Christmas videos in his “House of Cards” character, taking on Frank Underwood’s creepy tone and inflection.

Spacey has denied any wrongdoing.

At the same time, two new projects from the actor are headed to market at Cannes, a thriller called “Peter Five Eight,” co-starring Rebecca De Mornay, Jet Jandreau and Jake Weber, and a historical drama called “1242: Gateway to the West,” co-starring Eric Roberts, Christopher Lambert, Terence Stamp, Neil Stuke and Genevieve Florence.
