Kendall Jenner's Mini Dress and Heeled Leather Boots Are What Fall Fashion Dreams Are Made of
Summer may be officially ending soon, making way for cooler temps and Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but that has not stopped Kendall Jenner from enjoying every last second of warm weather. While we’re swapping our wardrobes for our autumnal wear, Kendall is making the case that some of our sunny season dresses deserve a spot in our closet all year round. Members of the fashion jury, we present you with our favorite supermodel’s take on transitioning minis into mid-September (and beyond).
While taking some time away from LA to visit the Big Apple, Kenny has been turning looks (and heads) off and on the runways. For starters, we’re obsessed with her sheer tank and underwear lewk that she pulled off for the Vogue World show as well as the white bikini she wore for BY FAR’s Daydream perfume campaign. As if those weren’t enough fashion inspo to keep up happy and full for the next couple of weeks, Jenner surprised us with a sleek street style, that gave Tenniscore to the max, for her US Open date with on-again BF Devin Booker. Her latest outfit proves that she’s in her chic girl era as she sports a daytime glam mini while dashing about town.
The Kardashians starlet wore a short grey dress with a subtly nipped-in waistline that acted like a corset. Featuring contrasting trim and spaghetti straps in black leather, the scoop-neck ‘fit of the vintage Prada Canvas Dress hit high on Jenner’s thighs, showing off her legs and fabulous heeled boots that remind us of what Andy Sachs wore once she ~transformed~ in The Devil Wears Prada. The ankle-buckled, mid-calf shoes in black leather showcase a pointy toe, bringing us back to the coveted styles of the noughties.
As for accessories, Kendall wore a Gucci Abbey D Ring shoulder bag, a single silver gem ring, small drop-hoop earrings, and rectangular, semi-tinted sunnies (to shield her from the flash of the cameras, ofc). Though we can’t see most of her face, we do spot a glossy pink-nude lip, natural eyebrows, and the ever-so-popular sunburnt blush makeup look. The 818 Tequila founder left her hair down, parted in the middle with a slight “wind-tousled” texture.
