Kendall Jenner Gives Parisian-Chic Dressing the Sizzling Red-Hot Treatment

Backed by the likes of Selena Gomez, Emily Ratajkowski, and Sydney Sweeney, Parisian-chic dressing is having a big moment—no doubt influenced by Paris Fashion Week. Although the highly-anticipated seven-day showcase reached its close on Tuesday, the romantic city-inspired style doesn’t appear to be ramping down any time soon. That is, if Kendall Jenner has anything to say about it.
The model is the latest fashion heavy hitter to champion the très fabuleux look, and not only did she nail it, she gave it a colorful flair.
The 818 founder took to Instagram to share several snaps of her spicy ensemble, which consisted of a bright scarlet-red skirt suit. Up top, Jenner donned a form-fitting blazer that featured a stand-up collar, dramatic cuffs that jutted out on an angle, small fabric stud buttons, and—one divisive detail—a large, fanciful pleated peplum, paired with a matching pencil skirt. She teamed the gorgeous vintage Mugler co-ord with equally elegant accents, in the form of black kitten heels, a slim black leather purse, narrow black shades, and silver double-hoop earrings. Keeping on theme, Jenner glammed up with sultry Parisian makeup, complete with a dark smoky eye, black eyeliner, and a rich red lip, and styled her chestnut locks in a sophisticated updo.
In several of the snaps, Jenner poses with a white bottle shaped like the number 8 and also includes an image of her reposado tequila to celebrate the alcohol brand’s launch in the French metropolis.
The power of a vibrant red ensemble is simply undeniable, even more so if Jenner is wearing it. When she chooses to tap the fiery hue, you can count on it to be memorable, such as the glorious Fendi gown she wore to the Academy Museum Gala in December. The reality TV star was breathtaking in a long-sleeve turtleneck gown that featured a bandage-like bodice that cinched her at the waist like a corset, all in a lively traffic-halting shade of red.
