Kelli Giddish Can't Stay Away From 'SVU'

Kelli Giddish can't stay away from Law & Order: SVU—and that's not a complaint. TVLine reports that the actress will return to the NBC procedural as Det. Amanda Rollins for the show's Season 25 premiere after previously reprising the role for the Season 24 finale (a crossover event with Law & Order and Organized Crime). She only just left the series in December 2022.

It's unclear whether Giddish will be back for more than just the one episode, but her character last appeared pregnant with new husband Dominick “Sonny” Carisi's baby—and revealed to Stabler that she misses "the feeling of solving a good mystery"—so there's certainly reason to hope for a more permanent return. (Rollisi fans will expect nothing less!)
