Katy Perry Flaunts Toned Abs in Sheer Mesh Panel Dress Tied Together With Bows

Katy Perry's most recent red carpet look channeled the heat of summer while remaining true to the often gloomy days of spring.
The 39-year-old singer-songwriter made quite the entrance at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday, April 1, as she stepped out in a sheer black mesh panel dress that put her toned abs and arms on full display. The ensemble was layered over what appeared to be a black bikini set and was tied together at the sides with red bows that ran from her bust down to her thighs.
As for her glam and accessories, "The One That Got Away" songstress kept it pretty simple. She rocked a pair of loose-fitting black leather knee-high boots and black reflective sunglasses. She matched her manicure to the red bows that lined either side of her dress and styled her hair in an effortless beach wave blowout, only adding a pop of color to her makeup look with coral lipstick and bold black eyeliner.

After making her red carpet appearance, the American Idol judge headed inside, where she later took the stage to present SZA with the iHeartRadio Song of the Year award for her hit "Kill Bill."
Perry's fierce fishnet look is just one of the many ways the artist has continued to embrace her bold fashion senses this year. Last month, the "Never Really Over" singer hit the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards red carpet wearing a fiery two-piece figure-hugging set that featured a red corset top and matching trumpet skirt.
The award-winning singer and her longtime partner Orlando Bloom also wowed fans with their "extraterrestrial" ensembles this past January.
Clearly, she's remaining true to her comments earlier this year when she announced she's quitting American Idol: "It's going to be a very, very exciting year...for all pop star girlies"–fashion included!
