Katie Nolan Has Reportedly Landed A Surprising New Job
Apple TV+ has announced its booth lineup for Friday night’s matchup between the Los Angeles Angels and Houston Astros.
The broadcast booth is certainly a unique one — including former ESPN personality Katie Nolan. The 35-year-old broadcaster will be joined by MLB Network host Stephen Nelson and recently-retired baseball star Hunter Pence.
The sideline reporter will be MLB Network’s Heidi Watney, per sports media insider Andrew Marchand.

After joining ESPN in 2017, Nolan launched a podcast, Sports? with Katie Nolan, and a digital series on ESPN2/ESPN+, Always Late with Katie Nolan. Before her career with the worldwide leader, she spent four years as a sports/entertainment host for Fox Sports.
Always Late was canceled in 2020 and Nolan announced her departure from ESPN in September 2021. She most-recently joined NBC Sports’ Olympic coverage team for this year’s 2022 Winter Games.
This will be Nolan’s first experience in the booth as a broadcaster for live MLB action.
Tomorrow night’s coverage will begin just before the first pitch at 9:38 p.m. ET.
