The house is located in Simpsonville, about 15 miles south of Greenville. It’s owned by Bob and Kelly Castellani. Bob Castellani is the founder of North American Rescue, which has a notable presence beside Interstate 85 between Greenville and Spartanburg.

The company sells a line of medical products for military, federal, state and local law enforcement and EMS “dedicated to decreasing preventable death,” according to the company website.

The sale of Circle Creek Farm is being handled by Damian Hall of Damian Hall Group, which is affiliated with Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate.

They describe the property as “the definition of a trophy property. This is like buying a Warhol, a Picasso, a Chagall. It is a true masterpiece.”

The real estate company believes it would cost $30 million today to recreate the estate.

Castellani bought the land for about $3 million in 2010 and spent about $17 million on the English manor-style house.
