Kaitlyn Bristowe is not ignoring unsubstantiated claims about her personal life in 2024.

On Monday, January 1, an Instagram account, called Bachelornation.Scoop, shared a photo of Bristowe looking comfortable with fellow Bachelor Nation star Zac Clark at a New Year's Eve party. In the caption, the social media user implied that cheating rumors surrounding Bristowe—who was previously engaged to Jason Tartick until their 2023 split—was "likely true."

When Bristowe caught wind of the allegations, she moved quickly to shut it down, writing in the comments: "Hi! Here to say that there was never an ounce of cheating happening and I will not stand for this rumor. Y’all are NASTY in here."

She continued, "Swear on my dogs lives. No cheating went on. So we can just put that to rest. Thank you!! Happy new year everyone. Go donate some blood or somethin!"

Bristowe shared an equally candid message on her Instagram Stories, penning, "You would think by now I'd be used to the hate. I'm not. Your words hurt. Your shaming hurts. Part of me feels a little sad and honestly embarrassed for you guys, because this shouldn't be how you spend day one of a new year."

The Bachelor Nation alum added, "It's actually scary and I know looking inward might be even scarier for you. But the bullying is next level. You are allowed to have opinions and feelings, but you don't even know the truth."

As Bristowe made it clear that she had nothing to apologize for, she added, "I had a party with some of my favorite people. Shame on you. Not me."

Bristowe, 38, and Tartick, 35, announced their split in August 2023, two years after getting engaged.

"After sharing the news with family and close friends first, and taking the time to properly process it ourselves, we are saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement," they relayed in a joint statement on Instagram. "We are thankful for all of you who gave us the time and space to process this life altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate."
