Awards season is here! Elvis star Austin Butler attended an intimate dinner hosted by W magazine and Louis Vuitton ahead of the 80th annual Golden Globe Awards with his girlfriend Kaia Gerber. January 5, 2023: Austin Reveals His Date for the 2023 Golden Globes
Ahead of the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala, Austin sat down for an interview with Entertainment Tonight to talk about the upcoming Golden Globes award ceremony, which takes place on January 10. When asked about who he'd be bringing to the prestigious ceremony, Austin replied, "I'm going to bring my sister."
Austin, who is nominated for Best Actor, Drama for his performance as Elvis Presley in the 2022 Baz Luhrmann film, Elvis, said that choosing who would come with him to the Golden Globes was "hard," but that "it'll be nice" to attend with his "one and only sister."
