Julianne Hough is living it up in Italy and of course, the star is also treating her followers to some serious fashion inspo along the way.

The 34-year-old dancer showed off her serious cool girl fashion on her Instagram Story, and I am living for it. Jules took a moment to capture a little video of herself rocking some see-through, lacy pants that showed off her toned booty. She paired the risqué pants with an oversized black blazer that closed with a chunky gold chain (and put her epic abs on display). The whole ‘fit was simply *chef’s kiss*!

Everyone has known that Julianne is a really good dancer, and she uses her moves to break a sweat as well as to squeeze in some cardio. The dancer, actress, and singer-songwriter maintains her skills with practice, as seen in this IG, and there's no doubt in my mind that her abs and booty definitely get some serious tone in the process.

Jules also likes to dance in everyday life, especially with her former POTUS co-stars, to shake off the pre-show jitters. Love this!

It’s not just the boogying that helps tone her butt and abs, though. Julianne actually created her very own fitness platform called KINRGY.

The platform offers 45-minute, "high sensory activated dance method" workouts—a.k.a. classes that mix elements of tai chi, cardio, strength training, qigong, energy work, and of course, some dance. Add those together, and you have some intense sweat sessions. (BTW, Jules has also partnered with the free digital fitness platform FitOn). She's also big into Pilates.

Even though she stays super busy, this star makes sure to take time for movement every day, she told Travel and Leisure. “I like to make sure I carve out some time for myself to work out, even if it's only 20 minutes or so,” she told the magazine.

She told Women's Health that she tries to avoid foods that cause inflammation. One of her favorite post-workout treats is a shake with avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana. Yum. And she loves a good cup of coffee.

Some of her favorite foods include grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. And she also loves Mexican food. "I love tacos and guacamole," she told WH. "I love food!"
