John Travolta's 13-Year-Old Son Ben Stuns Fans With His Phenomenal’ Skiing Skills

On Saturday, March 23, John Travolta’s son, Ben, stunned fans with his skiing skills in a new video shared by his father.
Some fans have even suggested that the 13-year-old’s prowess on the ski slopes in Colorado indicated he could someday become a Hollywood stunt performer.
The Saturday Night Fever actor’s video began with a view of his son dressed in a white ski suit and a white helmet. Ben traveled down a nearly vertical slope as he used his arm to brace himself while his skis scraped against the hard-packed snow. A blue sky dotted with fluffy white clouds spread above the slope as Ben slid to a stop on what Travolta identified in a caption accompanying his Instagram video as “the steepest run in Snowmass.”
The video then showed Ben skiing along a series of additional slopes as he made his way down steep snowy paths and landed jumps.
“I’m so proud of my son Ben’s progress!!” Travolta, 70, wrote.
Fans and a handful of fellow actors applauded Ben’s skiing as they left comments on the Pulp Fiction star’s video.
Actors William DeMeo, Richard Grieco and Joey Lawrence all praised Ben as they left comments and emojis, with Lawrence calling the teenager’s skills “amazing.”
One fan said Ben’s “impressive” abilities indicated that the world has "another Tom Cruise on our hands.” Others said Ben was a “natural” and “awesome skier” with “incredible talent.”
“He is doing phenomenal,” one Instagram user commented.
The Grease actor shared his latest video of Ben just over one month after a similar video made it onto his Instagram grid In that Feb. 18 video, Ben nailed jumps and other tricks as he skied his way through the snow. Travolta praised Ben, his youngest child with his late wife Kelly Preston, for skiing “to a new level” and added, “I’m so proud of him.”
