Late September 2023

At some point in the days following their first meeting, Kelsey got her first Group Date Rose after the talent show. Also, let's not forget how hard she and Joey bonded during the pool party.

Around October 8, 2023

In mid-October, Reality Steve reported that the cast had flown to Spain earlier that month:

He also reported that they filmed a group date on the 8th, so gonna assume Joey and Kelsey's first one-on-one in Marbella was right around then too!

Reality Steve dropped a spoiler saying Daisy had won Joey's season...

Of course, we now know that Daisy actually self-eliminated after realizing Joey was in love with Kelsey. As she put it, "The thing is, you're not going to choose me. The last couple days, I realized that, you know, you're not my person and I know that you know I’m not. And as much as that hurts, I know you said you want the best for me, so I'm going to do what's best for me and I'm going to go."

February 20, 2024

Reality Steve doubled down on his post about Daisy being the winner, saying, "Spoiler is still right. That’s never changed since Nov. 30th when I first posted. This has to do with what I heard about for the first time yesterday, and that’s the fact that I finally was able to hear what the gist was in regards to this ending that’s ‘unprecedented,’ and Joey has said has never happened before."

Reality Steve said his initial spoiler was incorrect, and confirmed Joey's final rose went to Kelsey. As he put it, "Joey is engaged to Kelsey A. and has been since filming ended."

March 25, 2024

The Bachelor's season finale aired, and Joey and Kelsey finally confirmed they're together! And engaged!

Joey told Jesse Palmer, "It’s been great in a lot of ways, but we won’t lie, it’s been difficult too. I think a lot of people forget how difficult of a position that she’s in. And to watch all this back with everyone else and understand that I’m trying to figure out everything from the point that we were at, at that time. But then, we've grown so much since then."

He also told People that he and Kelsey have been doing virtual couples counseling, saying, "It's definitely not easy because we both do appreciate the physical touch. We communicate so much better when we're actually with each other in the same room. But the couples counseling made a huge difference for us to not only be able to find better ways to communicate, but also learn how each of us communicate differently."

Meanwhile, Joey and Kelsey confirmed they're planning to spend time in New Orleans over the summer before moving to New York City for a couple of years.

As for when they're getting married: not anytime soon. "We want to promise our lives together, but we don't want to rush it," Joey explained to People. "It's time now to enjoy this. We have the rest of our lives to celebrate it. We're going to take it day by day and just enjoy this time."

While speaking about their icks with People, Kelsey admitted, “I think I said this before, but maybe [Joey] eating pasta”—a detail the Bachelor winner has apparently fully already told her fiancé, lol.

"Yeah, apparently we were on a date and I didn’t do it right. I still blame the pasta. It was like, all clumped up, and it wasn’t a good look for me," Joey chimed. As for the Philly native's icks, he remained on brand with the absolute cutest answer: "She doesn’t have any 'icks' in my eyes. She’s perfect. I’m gonna hold on to that one. She can bring up the the pasta, but she’s perfect in my eyes."
