Former boy band stars Joey Fatone (*NSYNC) and AJ McLean (Backstreet Boys) have teamed up for a tour that will come to Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on June 28.

While fans await an announcement of possible Backstreet Boys and NSYNC reunions, members Joey Fatone from NYSNC and AJ McLean from Backstreet Boys have joined forces to create a limited-city tour full of fan-favorite songs and boy band dance moves. The show, dubbed "A Legendary Night" will come to Louisville's Whitney Hall on June 29.

The show is part comedy, part music and part conversation with never-before told stories of their time on the road. The two will perform classic hits from both bands backed up by a seven-piece live band.

"I’ve known AJ as long as I’ve known my own band members," Fatone said in a statement. "We’ve worked together in the past on one-off projects here and there but never had the opportunity to create something together. This tour gives us the chance to combine the best of both musical worlds. I hope our fans are ready for a show that'll take them on a journey through the magic of *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and everything-in-between."

Is NSYNC getting back together?

After reuniting at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards to present an award, and recording the song "Better Place" for the "Trolls Band Together" movie sequel, speculation has run rampant that the power boy band could be getting back together.

NSYNC members Justin Timberlake, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and JC Chasez took to the VMA stage to present the best pop award to none other than Taylor Swift.

However, no official announcements about a reunion have been made.

NSYNC isn't touring, but Fatone and McLean are

The original run of "A Legendary Night" shows was nine cities, but due to a number of them selling out, 20 additional cities have been added, including Louisville's Whitney Hall.

"I thought we would just do a few shows to have some fun but the response so far has been humbling to say the least," Fatone continued.

McLean states, "I'm so excited to head out for this round of dates with my friend Joey. The perfect chance to listen to old favorites and share some special new songs that our loyal fans will be the first to hear!"

Tickets to the newly added shows will go on sale Fri. March 1 at 10 a.m. local time at alegendarynight.komi.io/
