Joe Burrow lifts Cincinnati Bengals to fourth consecutive win, 5-3 record

Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals have moved from 1-3 to 5-3 with their fourth consecutive win, a 24-18 victory against the Buffalo Bills at Paycor Stadium on Sunday Night Football.

Fans who "Striped the Jungle" got to see the team's first regular-season SNF win since NBC started broadcasting it in 2006, in addition to Bills safety Damar Hamlin embracing Bengals players before the game and taking time to himself on the field afterward.

Burrow overcame a bloody fingertip to pass for 348 yards and two touchdowns, and the Bengals joined AFC North foes Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Cleveland currently in playoff position and at least two games above .500.

NBC gave its players-of-the-game awards to Burrow, receiver Tee Higgins and linebacker Germaine Pratt.

"'Bout time," Higgins told NBC's Melissa Stark. "I needed this one."

"We're feeling great," Burrow told Stark. "We're just gonna keep getting better every week."
