'The Jinx: Part 2' looks at Robert Durst's final years. How to watch on Spectrum, Optimum

Nearly 10 years after the premiere of a documentary centering around perhaps Westchester County's most notorious native son, Robert Durst, a new doc, "The Jinx: Part 2," focuses on the final years of Durst's life, including his arrest, murder conviction and death in prison.

Durst, who died in prison Jan. 10, 2022, was a suspect in multiple death investigations, including the cases of Susan Berman and Morris Black (Durst was convicted in Berman's murder in 2021, and pleaded guilty to lesser charges in Black's death and dismemberment in 2004).

He was also a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife, Kathleen McCormack, who went missing in Westchester County in 1982. The investigation was revived in 2021, resulting in second-degree murder charges for Durst. Durst died before that case could go to trial.

The sequel documentary, written and directed by Andrew Jarecki, is now streaming. Read on for how to watch, as well as to catch up on our local coverage of the infamous case.
