In Great American Family's latest holiday film, Bringing Christmas Home, an antiques store owner and a military history professor come together to search for clues and information in hopes of returning a WWII uniform and love letters back to the soldier's family.

What is Bringing Christmas Home about?
In this lovely story, retired military officer Caroline Upton (Jill Wagner), who is now a military professor and archivist, is enlisted to assist antiques store owner Russell Carlisle (Paul Greene) in finding the family of a WWII Army officer. He hopes to return Orin Newton's precious personal artifacts—Orin's dress uniform, medals, and a stack of love letters from his beloved Alice who waited for him back home. Epaulettes and insignia provide initial clues, though the search seems to come to a dead end when Caroline discovers Orin was captured and listed as MIA. Caroline and Russell then search the love letters for clues as to what happened to Orin and whether he ever made it home to Alice.

Wagner most recently served as an executive producer and starred in Special Ops: Lioness opposite Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman on Paramount+. She previously starred in the Mystery 101 series on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. She also starred in A Merry Christmas WIsh and A Christmas Miracle for Daisy for Great American Family.

Paul Greene (Russell)
Greene spent several seasons starring as Dr. Carson Shepard on Hallmark Channel's longest running original series, When Calls the Heart. He also starred in Christmas CEO and Christmas in Angel Falls for the network. Last year, he starred in Fit for Christmas on CBS opposite Amanda Kloots and I'm Glad It's Christmas opposite Gladys Knight and Jessica Lowndes for Great American Family.
Fun fact: Wagner and Greene previously appeared together in Hallmark Channel's Christmas in Evergreen: Tidings of Joy.
