Jessie James Decker is a mom again for a fourth time! She and her husband, former NFL player Eric Decker, joyfully welcomed Denver Calloway Decker, into the world in early February.

She recently shared in an Instagram Stories Q&A with fans that the inspiration for baby Denver’s name and gender came to her in a dream.

“Life has been incredible. We just feel so grateful to have our sweet baby boy,” she tells Parents.

The 35-year-old singer revealed her surprise pregnancy to fans in an Instagram video last August. In it, Decker casually walked out onto a balcony sipping out of a mug and showing off her growing belly.

“He was such a beautiful surprise, and we just feel so blessed. The kids are so in love with him,” she says.

Along with mom and dad, Denver is being looked after by an “incredible community and family,” Decker says. His 9-year-old sister Vivianne, 8-year-old Eric Jr., and 5-year-old Forrest, Decker says, are always eager to lend a helping hand to their new little brother.

Navigating the delicate balance of caring for a newborn and tending to the needs of older children, Decker shares that creating an environment where everyone feels their needs are met has been a priority.

“They’re also older and they understand that we have a new baby and Mommy has to take care of him and they want that. They love him so much,” she says.

The “Lights Down Low” singer has been dedicating time to rest during her postpartum journey. She recently revealed on Instagram that, despite having experienced a cesarean section before, recovering this time was a little more challenging and really “kicked her butt.” She tells Parents that hands-free breast pumps have been her go-to when it comes to feeding Denver, helping to give her a seamless feeding routine for the baby.

“I keep saying to my sister and sister-in-law who recently had newborns, where the heck were these when my older kids were babies? This makes life so much easier!” she exclaims.

As you can tell Decker certainly has a full plate, not only with her family. Thanks to a new culinary partnership, she hopes you will too! The Country pop singer, author, and Kittenish clothing designer has had a busy two months.

Now that they are a family of six, Decker, who became a New York Times bestseller with her cookbooks Just Feed Me and Just Eat, says finding meal shortcuts is key to keeping her household running smoothly.

“If there’s one lesson I’ve learned, it’s that food prepping is a lifesaver. Whether for breakfast, after-school snacks, or anything in between, having ready-to-grab options that my kids gravitate towards is so helpful,” she explains.

Decker has partnered with Waterloo Sparkling Water, and crafted three exclusive recipes to celebrate the launch, both inspired by and infused with three flavors. She said she wanted to create recipes that are easy and quick to make at home for her littles.

“Muffins have become one of my go-to’s when food prepping. They’re great for the kids before school or sports practices and can be eaten throughout the week. I incorporated Waterloo’s delicious Summer Berry flavor into my muffin recipe and they have been a hit."

She says the carbonation in sparkling water is great for baking, creating a lighter and fluffier texture in the batter. When she creates new recipes, Decker says she tries to take the classic dishes she already knows and loves, and adds a unique twist, ...like her signature Razzy Crispy Fried Chicken.

“So many of my favorite memories are with loved ones around a dinner table with fried chicken. This isn’t your standard fried chicken recipe; it focuses on big flavor with a Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine glaze.”

"The tartness of raspberry and the sweet, juicy notes of nectarine truly enhance the savory and crispy profile of fried chicken,” she adds.

She also shared a special tropical shrimp mango salad recipe she plans on unveiling at her summer BBQ with family, using Tropical Fruit Sparkling Water.

When she’s not whipping up new recipes, or designs for her popular clothing line, Decker is also creating fresh new music. A surprise project she says she finished the week before she gave birth to Denver, will be released this week.

“It was really cool,” she says. “I got to sing with him in my belly and I’ve done that with the other three kids, and they always like to know which songs they were in Mommy’s tummy for. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”
