Jeremy Renner Teases New Venture in Sweetest Photo With Baby Niece

Jeremy Renner is hoping to top the charts with his latest creative endeavor, and fans are rooting for him.

The 52-year-old Mayor of Kingstown actor shared an adorable picture of himself playing the piano while holding his baby niece–who also appeared to be just as interested in the musical instrument.

"NEW MUSIC …. Coming in hot very soon (Just like my [niece's] diaper )," Renner joked in the caption.

He went on to add an inspiring statement, "We’re always watching and learning no matter our age."

Even though it may be some time before we get an album from the dynamic duo, fans seem more than willing to wait.

"Frame this amazing photo!" exclaimed TV personality Allison Hagendorf. "Can’t wait to hear it! ❤️."

"Aww Jeremy you look awesome playing the piano with a kid you make an awesome amazing pianist," another Instagram user shared.

A third gushed, "Adorable! Can’t wait to hear what comes next!"

"❤️Starting her out young…" someone else wrote, adding, "and can’t wait for the new music to come! 💜☮️🍷."

A few hours later, Renner shared a second photo of his music-making process via his Instagram Story. This time, it showed producers working in the studio, and in text overlayed the image, he wrote: "Live instrument Tracking today = pure pure joy."

Renner may be best known for his work on-screen, but he's also a musician. Over the years, he released a few albums, including The Medicine in 2020 and a live album that same year titled Live for Now, as well as several music videos for accompanying singles.

His songs have been included in his Disney+ original TV series Rennervations and well-received by fans, curious to know why the actor's original music has yet to be featured in any of the movies he stars–namely, Hawkeye, as Renner's gritty rock sound would seemingly pair well.

YouTubers are willing to "Petition for a Hawkeye movie with Jeremy Renner's music as the soundtrack," but if anything would come of it, well, that's a different story.

So far, Renner hasn't shared any specific details regarding his latest recording project.
