Jennifer Lopez Wows in Satin Royal Blue Plunging Jumpsuit

Jennifer Lopez is forever proving that she is, and always will be, "Jenny from the Block."

The singer and actress, 54, was back in her home neighborhood of The Bronx this week, stepping out in a glamorous outfit that was perfectly reminiscent of her famous New York street style.

Attending a special screening for her new musical film, This Is Me...Now: A Love Story, Lopez was clad in a satin royal blue jumpsuit from Donna Karan, which featured a halter-style top with a super plunging neckline.

To go along with the stylish 'fit, the "Let's Get Loud" songstress was covered in layered necklaces, and she also wore a matching cape-like coat, which draped off her shoulders as she walked into The Bronx's AMC Bay Plaza on Thursday, Feb. 15. She also added leather gloves and a black baseball cap to give the look that New York City edge we know Lopez loves.

Lopez's new movie, which officially released on Prime Video Friday, Feb. 16, is a narrative musical film set to the soundtrack of the singer's entirely new album, This Is Me...Now, a companion project to her 2002 album, This Is Me...Then.

The earlier album, which featured a song entitled "Dear Ben," was largely inspired by her love story with now-husband Ben Affleck. After calling off their first engagement in 2004, the pair eventually found their way back to each other almost 20 years later.

Since marrying the Justice League actor in 2022, Lopez has a whole new perspective on falling in love, and this time, her album features the new track, "Dear Ben, Pt. II."

"There was an inciting incident both times," Lopez recently told NPR about the two companion albums. "I fell in love."

However, "It's not exactly an autobiography about my life," she stressed about the new project while admitting, "I do get very vulnerable in it. I do use experiences from my own life that inspire the story."

The film, This Is Me...Now: A Love Story, as well as the accompanying album, are now available to stream.
