Jennifer Garner Praised for Her 'Energy' as She Busts a Move in New Footage

Jennifer Garner never fails to put a smile on her fans' faces.
In her latest playful Instagram post, the actress showed off her unexpectedly killer moves while recreating the dance number from her new Netflix movie, The Family Switch—and her fans are simply obsessed.
The silly clip featured Garner, 51, and choreographer Beth Nicely giving a "tutorial" of the dance in the movie, which has been dubbed "The Walker Family Slide," after the characters in the film.
The dance routine, set to Young MC's "Bust A Move," had Garner's fans completely amused, with tons of her followers taking to the comments to applaud her spirited performance.
"She’s a cool mom folks! Your energy and joy is contagious J!! ❤️🔥 💃🏻👏" one user wrote under the post, as another person chimed in to say, "Get it Jen 🔥❤️💥."
"what CANT you do?! ❤️" the Netflix Instagram account added.

But the fun Instagram clip wasn't the only time Garner got to show off her moves from the new film, as she also brought her fun and bouncy energy to the Family Switch premiere earlier this week.
On Wednesday, Nov. 29, Garner stepped out on the red carpet at AMC The Grove in Los Angeles, where she couldn't help but turn the event into a mini dance party.
Once again, the Alias alum looked to be having a blast as she broke out into dance, as seen in red carpet footage captured by E! News.
"#JenniferGarner is truly ✨thriving✨ on the red carpet," the outlet captioned an Instagram post of the happy dance session, prompting more of her fans to praise Garner for her obvious joyfulness.
