Jenna Bush Hager is putting Hoda Kotb in the hot seat for her longtime obsession with Jerry Seinfeld.

During his appearance onToday with Hoda and Jenna on Wednesday, April 24, the comedian, 69, was made privy to Kobt's past tendency to "stand outside your apartment building" by Bush Hager.

The topic came up as they were discussing their "Social Dilemmas" segment, and Kotb, 59, warned Bush Hager to "not go into my past."

She told Seinfeld she'd fill him on the details "later" before her co-host added, "She used to wait outside and just hope she could get a glimpse of you."

Some celebrities would feel uncomfortable by Kotb's admission, but Seinfeld wasn't one of them.

“This is the nicest thing I’ve heard all day. This makes me feel so good,” he smiled before Bush Hager asked, “And a little creeped?”

“No, no, I don’t mind a little stalking. A little stalking is okay!” Seinfeld replied with a laugh.

Elsewhere in his appearance on the daytime talk show, the comedian addressed Larry David's attack on Elmo during the show in February and defended his friend and long time collaborator.

“Did you see when Larry David was here and he attacked Elmo?” Bush Hager asked. While Kotb said it was “sad,” Seinfeld insisted, “No, I liked it. I enjoyed that!”

“Elmo is an American treasure!” the former first daughter exclaimed as he retorted, "Well, even treasures need a beating once in awhile."
