Jeff Bezos is moving back home to Miami. How does his fiancée feel about the situation?

Jeff Bezos just announced he’s moving back home to Miami, and it seems his fiancée is totally down with the decision.

On Friday, the Amazon founder told his 4 million plus Instagram followers the reasons that he and Lauren Sanchez were relocating to South Florida from Seattle.

“I want to be close to my parents, and Lauren and I love Miami,” he explained in an “emotional” post along with a video of him in his first Amazon office, famously run out of a converted garage.

He wasn’t kidding. A few hours later, Sanchez filmed a video for her Stories working out intensely in a gym with the classic 90s’ hit, Will Smith’s “Miami,” playing in the background.

“What’s your morning routine before work?” said the text of the clip, which shows the 53 year old doing multiple cable pulley reps.

It’s unclear in which city she was exercising, but it definitely wasn’t at a private gym. Other folks are seen in the background, as is Bezos, doing his own bicep thing.

The couple (who were coincidentally both born in Albuquerque) will soon have their privacy if they so choose after settling in to their (two) adjoining mansions in Indian Creek Village.

It does seem Sanchez is (literally) pumped for a new start in a new city. With our warm weather year round, she can basically live in her sexy athleisure 24/7. It rains in Seattle basically half the year, just sayin’.

Yes, we think Sanchez, who is a California girl raised in San Diego, will fit in perfectly here, plus she will have Bezos as a tour guide: The 59-year-old grew up in the Pinecrest area and graduated from Palmetto Senior High School, Class of ‘83.

Miami (and the world) has changed ever so slightly in 40 years, back when “Amazon” was just famous for being a river and a jungle.
