Anyone who watched Jason Kelce's Amazon Prime documentary knows that the retired Philadelphia Eagles player has historically struggled to keep track of his Super Bowl ring. But now, it looks like the podcaster has lost the ring altogether—in the most Jason Kelce way possible.

Just last week, during a live taping of the New Heights podcast, Kelce lost his Super Bowl ring in a giant pool of Skyline chili. Skyline is a Cincinnati-based chain that's known for dishes that combine a local variety of chili with spaghetti and cheese.

"There was an unfortunate-ness, as you guys know, this game existed because I continuously lose my Super Bowl ring, and I don’t even know if Travis still knows this, but I legitimately lost my Super Bowl ring in this event," Jason said on Wednesday’s episode.

"They could not find it… All of this stuff has been thrown away so I think we can safely assume my Super Bowl ring is now in a landfill someplace in the Cincinnati-tristate area. I didn’t think that would happen."

An amused Travis did not mince words when it came to his reaction. "You’re such a f–king imbecile," the NFL star Taylor Swift's boyfriend said.

The championship ring went missing during a challenge for their "Lombaby Games" in which, ironically, Kelce had to wade through the pool of chili to find replica Super Bowl rings tied to socks.

"The only thing I can think of is at some point, the sock got kicked out of the three-way and it made its way out of the pool and that it was thrown away in some shape or form," Jason said, referring to the Skyline dish known as a three-way. "But yes, the Super Bowl ring is officially gone."

According to Kelce, he did put out an insurance claim on the sentimental accessory. But the Eagles star admits that they "might have some things to say about whether they're going to cover that."

"Yeah, 100 percent," Travis chimed in. "Especially if you're telling the entire world how you lost it."

Now, whether they'll get him a new one is a whole other story. "I mean, it’s just a hunk of metal and I’ll just have another one made, I think? They can do that right?" he asked Travis during the episode. "Guess we’re going to find out."
