Jason Kelce Just Revealed He Doesn't Wear Underwear, Says It is 'Unnecessary' to 'Freedom My Boys Like to Enjoy'

Jason told brother Travis Kelce on their 'New Heights' podcast that he does make one exception to his commando philosophy

Jason Kelce is a man who knows what he likes — and what he doesn't.

One thing he doesn't like? Underwear.

On the April 17 episode of New Heightswith Jason and Travis Kelce, the podcast the brothers share, the NFL stars were casually discussing their sponsors. After Travis mentioned Tommy John Underwear as a sponsor — "the most comfortable underwear out there," Travis said — Jason dropped the bomb.

"I do not wear underwear, and I don't wear underwear based on comfort," he said. "The reason I don't wear underwear is because I find it unnecessary and problematic to the freedom that my boys like to enjoy . . . I guess I don't think that's going to change."

Travis, 34, asked his older brother if there are any occasions when he actually puts underwear on, and Jason, 36, admitted that workouts are when he'll switch things up.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center said physical activity leads to a bit of chafing, so he sometimes reaches for compression shorts to keep everything together. Otherwise, he said he prefers to be free as a bird.

Jason and Travis also touched on the latter's trip to Coachella last weekend with girlfriend Taylor Swift — and her sweet support of their podcast. She wore a green New Heights hat while dancing the night away alongside Travis in the desert and the Kelce's were pretty pleased with her nod to their show.

“She was supporting the New Heights,” Travis said of Swift’s outfit.

“Big New Heights supporter,” Jason agreed, before revealing they also saw massive support from Swift's fans as a result of the superstar’s outfit choice. He noted that the podcast's merchandise shop “sold out of the green hat real quick.”

Travis cheekily added of the hat, “It’s a good color green.”
