Jamie Lee Curtis Shares Heartfelt Birthday Tribute to Oldest Daughter: 'Takes My Breath Away'

Jamie Lee Curtis and her husband, Christopher Guest, have two daughters together, and she recently took a moment to celebrate the birth of her eldest, Annie Guest, on Dec. 14, with a meaningful tribute.

Curtis took to Instagram to celebrate her older daughter's birth, sharing a photo from Annie's wedding to husband Jason Wolf. In the snap, Curtis kisses Annie on the cheek as she stuns in a beautiful white wedding dress.

"Today is my first daughter's birthday. She made me a mother and a student with her first breath and continues to deepen both of those aspects of my life as she shares hers with me," wrote Curtis. "She takes my breath away. Her beauty. Strength. Willingness and then my demand to go deep."

Curtis went on, "She is an extraordinary teacher, gorgeous dancer, loyal friend to many, has exquisite taste in all things, is a true partner in her marriage but, to me, she is my daughter and I love her with everything I've got and thank her, this day, for choosing me. HBD LULU!"

Many fans wished Annie a happy birthday as well, with one writing in response, "Beautiful words, your thoughts always remind me how passionate you are about life, your career and your family."

The Halloween actress previously posted photos from Annie's wedding in 2019, with Curtis wearing a black and white polka dot dress to the special occasion. The actress doesn't often share photos or videos from personal moments at home, so it's nice to see her open up about her family every once in a while.

Along with Annie, Curtis and Guest are parents to another daughter named Ruby Guest, who was born in March 1996. While Annie just turned 37, Ruby is 27 years old, and Curtis and Guest adopted both after facing infertility issues.
