Jack in the Box may be most well known for late night burgers and fries, but the California-based chain also has quite the following for its tacos. It did take 3rd place in our ranking of fast food tacos, after all.

Jack in the Box first introduced its original Tiny Tacos, 15 to a box, in test-market Texas back in 2019. They were such a hit, that the California-based fast-food chain rolled the little fellas out all locations across 21 states as a limited-time offering that November. A year later, Tiny Tacos returned as a permanent menu item, for $4 a box, that has since become a best-selling snack.

The Tiny Tacos fierier cousins, Spicy Tiny Tacos, debuted in August 2021, complete with a radiant, fuchsia-red makeover. But they didn't last long, much to fans dismay. Well spicy-lovers, we have good news: The Spicy Tiny Tacos are finally back on the menu, but only for a limited time.

Spicy Tiny Tacos Are Back on the Jack in the Box Menu for a Limited Time

For $4 you get the same crunchy, grease-tinged mini taco shells laced with a touch of lime and wrapped around a pinch of filling (a blend of chicken, onion, tomato paste and seasoning) as the traditional Tiny Tacos, but the spicy version adds jalapeños inside and spices on the outside to add a little kick.

Don’t be frightened: The heat of these little bad boys won’t exactly send you running to the fridge for a gallon of milk. And if you're extra sensitive to spice and do need a little cool-off, the Classic Spicy Tiny Tacos come with cups of Jack’s Famous Buttermilk Ranch Dip.

Do you prefer the messy goodness of nachos to tacos? Don’t worry, Jack delivers with Sauced & Loaded Spicy Tiny Tacos. For $1 more, your box of teeny treats is soaked with cheddar cheese sauce, additional shredded cheddar, a little shredded lettuce for color and texture, and a healthy drizzle of Jack’s tangy taco sauce.

Be careful about digging in right out of the drive-thru, as these loaded lovelies are messy in the most delectable, finger-smacking way. Better yet, just pull over, pull out about 20 napkins and dig into the best of two worlds. But you better act fast, because there's no telling just how long these tiny tacos will be on the menu.
