A new J.Crew Factory store will open this summer in North Texas: What we know.
Another J.Crew Factory store is opening in North Texas.
State records show the 4,250-square-foot store will open this summer in Denton Crossing, the shopping center at 1800 South Loop 288 that’s also home to HomeGoods, Best Buy and Total Wine & More. The clothing retailer also has jobs listed for the future store on its website.
It’s unclear which unit the store is going into. A filing with the state Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates the $385,000 in construction will involve renovating an existing space.
J.Crew Factory is a brand of J.Crew Group that is marketed as more affordable clothing and accessories for men, women and children clothing. There’s a J.Crew Factory at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, as well as Grapevine Mills.
In January, a new J.Crew Factory opened in the Fort Worth shopping center on Hulen Street that’s home to Central Market. That store is about 6,700 square feet.
J.Crew has 15 Factory stores in Texas. In addition, it has nine traditional J.Crew stores, including one in Fort Worth’s University Park Village.
