Ivy Getty Hits the Met Gala 2024 Red Carpet in Conner Ives Design

The Met Gala 2024 is officially in full swing, and tons of celebrities are walking the event's famed carpet wearing ensembles inspired by "The Garden of Time." Among the stars in attendance is Ivy Getty, who is decked out in a stunning creation by Conner Ives.
The model and heiress wore a peach dress featuring floral applique and embroidered details with a dramatic sash. She paired the look with jewelry from Bulgari, custom leopard Jimmy Choo heels, and a purse also from the shoe designer.
Tonight's gala celebrates the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute's upcoming exhibition, "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," which will showcase around 250 rarely seen items from the Costume Institute’s permanent collection, spanning 400 years of fashion history.

This is Ivy's third time attending fashion's biggest night. Last year, she hit the red carpet celebrating Karl Lagerfeld in a Maison Margiela dress and made her Met Gala debut in 2022, wearing a custom Oscar de la Renta gown crafted from a tablecloth that was once owned by her late grandmother, Ann Getty.
Just a few years ago, Ivy followed in Ann's footsteps, and was featured on the cover of Town & Country. Ivy and her grandmother were very close until the legendary society doyenne passed away in September 2020 at age 79.
"I have so much of her in me," she told us. "She taught me about fashion, but also how to be a human being."
