After issuing arrest warrants Thursday, JPD arrests two men in double homicide case

Jackson police have arrested two men in connection to a double homicide that occurred on April 4 in Jackson.

Bernard Brown, 54, and Delbrico Tims, 18, were arrested by the Jackson Police Department, according to a Friday press release. JPD issued arrest warrants on Thursday for the two suspects. Both were given $1.5 million bonds.

On April 4, two victims were shot on the 1600 block of Capital Street. The victims were identified as Glen Stevens and Johnny Booker Jr.

The press release states the investigation is still ongoing. No other details are available at this time.
