We’re big fans of any brand that can come into a highly saturated market and completely disrupt it. Case in point: Funboy, which made a splash back in 2015 with its collection of elaborate and extravagant pool floats. We’re talking colorful inflatable lounges shaped like everything from golf carts to Ultrafragola mirrors. You’ve probably seen the stylish seats in pools all over Instagram during the summer months. And for the colder ones, Funboy has blow-up sleds (in fun shapes, of course.)

The brand’s most recent release? Kids’ sleepover beds, which are elevating the traditional inflatable mattress to new heights. And, as you can guess, they aren’t your average rectangular air beds. One blows up to reveal a retro-inspired convertible with pink and white stripes and the other a pale blue private jet. Rest assured, your little ones won’t just be sleeping on a too-firm plastic container of air; they’ll be dozing off on a cozy flocked sleeping pad for optimal comfort.

Unlike traditional child-size bed frames, which can run in the hundreds, Funboy’s sleepover beds are just $79. And they come with their own carrying bag for easy storage and travel.

The idea for the soon-to-be-iconic sleepover beds was inspired by a real-life dilemma for the brands two female cofounders (who started the company alongside their husbands, who are brothers). As working mothers, they’re on the road a lot and want their kids to feel comfortable and at home even when they’re far away. Enter: sleepover beds, which are inspired by the brand’s beloved pool floats. If you can’t decide which one to get, opt for both!

If they weren’t limited to children between the ages of three and 12, we’d snag one for ourselves. But instead, we’ll just enjoy them vicariously through our kids during their favorite night of the week: the sleepover.
