Kourtney Kardashian is a true California girl. Born and raised in Los Angeles, the Poosh founder and Kardashians star has long resided in the Golden State. With an estimated net worth of $65 million, it’s no surprise she’s owned and lived in several luxurious homes over the years. From a $1.7 million home she purchased with her ex Scott Disick in 2010 to the $14.5 million beach house she scooped up with her current husband Travis Barker in 2022, each real estate move Kourtney makes is grander than the next. Below, take a look at some of the impressive California properties she has called home.

A few years after they first met in 2006, Kourtney and her ex-boyfriend Scott purchased a $1.7 million property in The Oaks community of Calabasas, California. Before moving in, Kourtney reportedly sold a different Calabasas home she resided in for $700,000.

The former couple teamed up with interior designer Jeff Andrews to redesign the 5,400-square-foot home, which was built in 2004. Inside, it consists of four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a library with built-in bookcases and a fireplace. There’s also a courtyard, pool, spa, balcony with city views, and covered loggia. The pair sold the home for nearly $2.98 million in 2014.

2014: Kourtney Upgrades to a $8.5 Million Calabasas Residence

Before Kourtney and Scott announced their separation in 2015, they moved into a Tuscan-style home that was twice as big as their previous one. They purchased the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home from former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson for nearly $8.5 million. At the time, the sale meant they were Justin Bieber’s new neighbors until Kourtney’s sister Khloé bought the pop star's house for $7.2 million.

Kourtney enlisted interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to reimagine the 11,500-square-foot property to include her love of midcentury furniture and contemporary art while making it more suitable for her kids. The result is a contemporary retreat with warmth and character. A few enviable aspects include a chef’s kitchen, spa, playroom, sauna, elevator, pool, and a yard with mountain views. While Kourtney often shows glimpses of the property on her social media, you can browse photos here.

The glamorous estate acts as Kourtney’s main residence, where she lives with her three kids whom she shares with her ex Scott. Her current husband and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has a home nearby, which he claimed to have purchased long before they started dating simply to be close to her.

2021: Kourtney Secures a $12 Million Palm Springs Getaway

Kourtney made her next big real estate move in 2021 when she shelled out $12 million for a Palm Springs getaway. The property is located in the La Quinta neighborhood at the Madison Club, an exclusive golf club and gated community that’s a celebrity hotspot. Newly constructed that year, the contemporary mansion came furnished with a variety of neutral decor. Situated on nearly an acre, the home consists of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms across 9,000 square feet. The many dreamy highlights that make it the epitome of indoor-outdoor living include a courtyard, custom water features, an infinity edge pool, sliding glass doors, and panoramic mountain views.

Santa Barbara, California, is a special destination for Kourtney and Travis. It’s where they got engaged in 2021 and legally married in 2022, so it’s no wonder they decided to put down roots there. Shortly after revealing they weren’t living together yet as they were figuring out how to blend their families, the couple bought a beach house from TV host and comedian Conan O’Brien for a cool $14.5 million. At just over 2,100 square feet, the oceanfront property is a few doors down from Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis’s home. On the property, there’s a two-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom, main home and a two-bedroom guesthouse. Browse photos of the dreamy escape here.
