When Impact Wrestling visits Florida and Kentucky, ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey will be there

Pro wrestling publicist and writer Mike Ryan dubbed Mike Bailey — “Speedball.”

Not only did it fit; it stuck.

“Speedball” Mike Bailey is one of those pro wrestlers you watch with enthusiasm and revel in his successes. You want him to succeed.

Debuting in 2006 at a Federation de Lutte Quebecoise house show, he grinds it out, working in Canada, England, Germany, Japan and the United States.

He ranked No. 30 of the top 500 singles wrestlers in the PWI 500 in 2022.

Bailey, 32, is a former two-time IWS World Heavyweight Champion and two-time KO-D Tag Team Champion. Bailey was also the winner of CZW’s 2015 Best of the Best, DDT’s 2016 DNA Grand Prix and RevPro’s 2021 British J Cup tournaments.

During his journey, Bailey has wrestled against and/or with Josh Alexander, Ace Austin, Angelico, Bandido, Tyler Bate, Chris Bey, Biff Busick, Sami Callihan, Jeff Cobb, Dave Crist, Jake Crist, Donovan Dijak, Tyson Dux, Robbie Eagles, Effy, Michael Elgin, Jack Evans, Flamita, A. Friday & Saturday, Nov. 18-19

IMPACT Wrestling presents back-to-back nights of action-packed live pro wrestling on Friday and Saturday, November 18-19 — both nights originating from Old Forester’s Paristown Hall in Louisville, Kentucky.

IMPACT Wrestling kicks it into Over Drive live on Friday, Nov. 18 on IMPACT Plus, YouTube for IMPACT Ultimate Insiders and FITE from Old Forester’s Paristown Hall in Louisville, Kentucky.

Then it’s KENTUCKY CHAOS on Saturday, Nov. 19, as the company’s television trucks will capture all of the in-ring action for upcoming episodes of IMPACT’s flagship weekly TV show, #IMPACTonAXSTV (Thursday, 8 p.m. EST on AXS TV in the U.S., Fight Network in Canada and Impact Insiders on YouTube).

Impact world champion “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander defends his title against Frankie Kazarian, who vacated his X-Division championship for a title shot.

Longtime friends and tag team partners Heath and Rhino are on top of the world after defeating The Kingdom to become the new IMPACT world tag team champions. At Over Drive, they defend those belts against the reunited Major Players (Matt Cardona and Digital Media Champion Brian Myers).

Bully Ray has a chance at revenge as he goes one-on-one with Moose for the first time ever at Over Drive.

Savannah Evans and Tasha Steelz earned a Knockouts world tag team title opportunity against the Death Dollz, which is booked for Over Drive.

And more during the two nights of mat action, including Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace, Eddie Edwards, Ace Austin, Sabin & Shelley, Deonna Purrazzo, Steve Maclin, Chris Bey, EY, Sami Callihan, Tommy Dreamer, Jessicka, and “Speedball” Mike Bailey.
