The 2024 NFL Draft is Thursday through Saturday and there will be several University of Illinois football players who now will begin their careers at the next level.

Here's a look at the Illini prospects. We will update if and when they are selected in this year's draft:

Jer'Zhan 'Johnny' Newton, DL

The 6-foot-2, 295 pounder is the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year and a projected mid-first-round pick.

Isaiah Adams, OL

The 6-foot-5, 320-pounder is projected as a fourth-round pick.

Tip Reiman, TE

The 6-foot-5, 270 pounder went from unranked to now being projected as a sixth-round pick.

Isaiah Williams, WR

The 5-foot-10, 185-pounder is a projected sixth-round pick.

Casey Washington, WR

The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder is projected to be selected in sixth or seventh round.

Julian Pearl, OL

The Danville, Illinois, native is a 6-foot-6, 315-pounder and a projected seventh-round pick.
