IHSA girls basketball: Here are the Illinois media all-state teams for 2023-24

Here are the 2023-24 Illinois all-state girls basketball teams as voted on by a statewide panel of sportswriters and broadcasters.

Each voter picked a five-player first team and a five-player second team in each class. Players received five points for a first-team vote and three points for a second-team vote.

Below are the all-staters from Class 1A and Class 2A, released Wednesday, Feb. 28. Class 3A and Class 4A will be released Thursday, Feb. 29. All players listed include height, year in school, position and points earned. The 2023-24 Illinois High School Association state finals are Feb. 29-March 2 in Normal.
