Icy roads force Tri-City school delays Dec. 12. Hanford on late start

Snow and icy roads are prompting multiple Tri-City school districts and some government offices to delay their start times on Monday.

Also, a semi truck pulling an Amazon trailer rolled over on Oregon Avenue/Highway 397 near the Interstate 182 interchange, closing the road about 4:30 a.m., said the Washington State Patrol Trooper Chris Thorson.
