Ready for an Easter egg hunt?

We can only hope the weather cooperates with church festivities, lunch and some time outside on Easter, but in Georgia, the weather is always unpredictable.

Here’s what we know so far about the Easter Sunday forecast for Macon, Georgia:

Will it rain on Easter?

According to Accuweather, there is barely any chance of rain (6%) and the forecast will have plenty of sunshine, with some clouds.

The Weather Channel has a similar forecast, but says there will be “intervals of clouds and sunshine;” Rain chances are still extremely low.

What will the temperature be?

There will be highs reaching around 80 degrees and lows around 59, according to Accuweather. The Weather Channel predicts about the same with highs around 81 degrees.

Will the pollen count be high?

With spring in full bloom and warm weather on Easter coming, you can pretty much expect the pollen count to be high from now until summer.

In fact, on Sunday, the pollen count will reach 11.1, with the highest count being 12. Yikes.
