Huge TSSAA baseball performances: Vote for Nashville area boys athlete of week

TSSAA baseball and soccer athletes came had some big performances in the Nashville area last week.

You can vote for the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries boys athlete of the week below. Nominees are from all classes in competition from April 15-20.

Voting will close Thursday at noon.

Brayden Baker, Eagleville: Baker was 3-for-4 with a double and four RBIs in a 14-2 win over Huntland.

Brock Beddingfield, CPA: Beddingfield was 3-for-3 with a home run, a double and four RBIs in a 10-4 win over Lipscomb Academy.

Peyton Vaughn, Davidson Academy: Vaughn was 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs.

Brigham Oliver, Hillsboro: Oliver was 3-for-4 with two doubles and six RBIs in a win over Maplewood.

Jack Dugan, Lipscomb Academy: Dugan was 2-for-3 with a home run, a double and two RBIs.

Brennan Mealer, Forrest: Mealer was 2-for-4 with a home run and six RBIs in a win over Cascade.

Sean Birkofer, Providence Christian: Birkofer was 3-for-4 with two home runs, a double and six RBIs in a 14-3 win over Zion Christian.

Luke Russell, Rossview: Russell logged two assists in a 4-2 district win against Kirkwood.

Ty Martin, Smith County: Martin was 3-for-5 with a home run and four RBIs in a 14-3 win over York.

Noah Rice, Station Camp: Rice 3-for-5 with two home runs, a double and six RBIs in a 10-1 win over Greenbrier.
