Construction started in the neighborhood in 2019, Bowen added. “There are several new construction opportunities available. Homes feature Old World style, painted brick, gas lanterns, and most have private courtyards and attached garages,” she said. “Homes are chic and modern. It is a great neighborhood if you love to travel. The homes are built to be low maintenance so you can enjoy work and play.”

Wynhurst residents enjoy the limited pass-through traffic as well as the location.
