Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando descended into chaos Wednesday evening when a fight broke out among several guests.

The problem began in a long line, according to the Walt Disney World News Blog.

A guest involved in the fracas told the theme park blog that while waiting to get into the Mickey’s PhilharMagic concert, a member in the party realized she left her phone in the electric conveyance vehicle and briefly left the line to get it.

When she tried to get back into line to join her party, another visitor from a different group denied her access, the guest recounted to the site. Her brother reportedly got upset, things became physical — and soon all hell broke loose, as seen in widely shared bystander videos at the scene.

In one video, you hear screams and see a handful of people throwing wild punches at one another, while one person is on the ground. One group in the melee is dressed alike, in red shorts and a white shirt.

Various other guests, including small children and a man in a wheelchair look on. A woman off camera asks, “Where’s security?!” Then: “Stop!”

Walt Disney World did not immediately return the Miami Herald’s request for comment.

Another witness, who did not know what prompted the altercation, told Fox 35: “We came upon it, and it appeared as though it took about two minutes for two security personnel to arrive.”

Soon after, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded around 7:30 p.m., along with the Reedy Creek Fire Department.

“Deputies conducted their investigation and arrested three people for misdemeanor battery,” an OCSO statement said, adding that one person was taken to the hospital for a minor injury, which the Disney blog said was a cut to the chin.

The guest told the blog that all the people involved in the fracas are now banned from visiting the park.
