Hilary Duff Uses This Tinted Sunscreen for a 'Rosy, Iridescent Glow'
Ever since she starred in the hit Disney show, Lizzie McGuire, Hilary Duff has always had the most effortlessly flawless, angelic appearance that made Us all fall in love with her.
