High school football: Check out the MetroWest Week 10 schedule, including MIAA Elite Eight
There are trophies on the line.
The MIAA state quarterfinals start Thursday, and Final Four trophies will be given to the winners that reach the semifinals as district champions.
There are six MetroWest and Milford area teams still alive in the postseason. Wellesley (Division 2) faces a big test at perennial power Catholic Memorial. Milford (Division 3) and Holliston (Division 4) are aiming for return trips to the semifinals at home.
Hudson (Division 6) is after redemption after falling in this round as the No. 1 seed a year ago. Bellingham will host an all-upset matchup against Stoneham.
Blackstone-Millville is trying to thwart West Boylston's attempt at back-to-back Super Bowls in different divisions and end a 10-game winning streak.
