GREEN BAY — After former Green Bay superintendent Claude Tiller abruptly resigned in February, Vicki Bayer is leading the district for the second time in as many years.

While interim superintendent, Bayer will get a salary of $225,000. That's the same amount as her previous contract when she was interim superintendent after Stephen Murley unexpectedly retired from the role in April 2022.

Tiller's salary for his first year was $220,000 with a $10,000 annuity contribution and $12,000 for his relocation expenses to Green Bay. Tiller, who has a doctorate in education, was in his first superintendent position.
