Here's When Every 'Lawmen: Bass Reeves' Episode Drops

It may be a long wait before Yellowstone fans will see their favorite Dutton drama return to the screen—Paramount has announced that the hit show won't air its final episodes until November 2024—but for those craving some more Western action in their lives, there's still a bit more gunslinging drama to be had from Paramount+'s latest original series, Lawmen: Bass Reeves.
Starring David Oyelowo in a Golden Globe nominated turn as the legendary lawman himself, who became the first Black U.S. Marshal in the American west, it's the first season of an anthology series, though it's not clear yet what future installments could entail. The episodes "will bring the legendary lawman of the wild west to life," according to the official synopsis. It continues, "Reeves, known as the greatest frontier hero in American history, worked in the post-Reconstruction era as a federal peace officer in the Indian Territory, capturing over 3,000 of the most dangerous criminals without ever being wounded."
The show is co-created by Chad Feehan and executive produced by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, who Feehan assures has, "sprinkled some magic storytelling dust," on the series.
The first two episodes of the season premiered on Paramount+ on Sunday, November 5 with a new entry debuting each week after that (episodes on the streamer typically drop at 3 a.m. eastern time.)
