Hayden Panettiere Is *So* Strong In A Red Mini Dress And Heels In New Pics
Hayden Panettiere showed off her super-toned legs at the annual amfAR Gala this week.
The actress, 33, stepped out in a little red mini dress and heels in a rare red carpet appearance.
Hayden has been a huge advocate for mental health awareness, and has previously opened up about her difficult journey with addiction and postpartum depression.
Hayden Panettiere made a rare appearance at last nights amfAR Gala. The Nashville star showed up rocking her super strong legs in a bold red blazer mini dress paired with black heels and a matching purse. The annual gala, which raises money for amfAR’s HIV and AIDS research programs, was held at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, California, according to its website.
While Hayden hasn't spoken about her fitness regimen in a few years, she has talked about how she grew up playing lots of sports, and back in 2014, she shared with Shape that she was into hiking, swimming, Bikram yoga, and Pilates.
But these days, Hayden's way more focused on talking about the importance of mental health, and she has been incredibly outspoken about her passion for bringing more awareness to the topic. Hayden has even talked openly about her own struggles that she went through as a young star in Hollywood during a recent episode of Jada Pinkett-Smith's Red Table Talk.
During the show, Hayden shed light on her postpartum depression and her addiction to alcohol and opioids, which at the time, led to many misconceptions about how her daughter ended up in Ukraine with her ex, Wladimir Klitschko.
But despite her struggles, Hayden has fought hard to work on her happiness and mental health through treatment.
"I loved being around like-minded people ... [and] to get to be in a place where I was safe and get to be completely open for the first time in my life about all the bitter details," she said during the Red Table Talk episode. "I like to talk about things. There's something about hearing yourself talk out loud where you start picking up on things that you didn't know you were thinking or feeling," she added.
