According to the website, AT&T outages hit 31,532 customers around 4:26 a.m. ET and continue to peak, with 73,231 outages reported at 8:41 a.m. ET.

Houston
Indianapolis
Miami
New York City
San Antonio
Reports indicate 51% citing mobile phone issues, 41% choosing no signal and 8% claiming mobile internet problems.

As for Verizon, outage hit 1,514 around 4:49 a.m. ET but spiked to 3,816 as of 8:43 a.m. ET.
