Many of us have made new year's resolutions. If one of yours is to watch fewer Hallmark movies, then don't come to my house! Many will resolve to be healthier in the new year. If you've already broken that resolution, the next best thing is to watch others being fit, right? Hallmark Channel's latest movie, Love on the Right Course, takes us to the fairway as two golfers find love on the links.

What is Love on the Right Course about?
Whitney (Ashley Newbrough) is a professional golfer who is struggling to make the cut to qualify for her next tournament in Europe. Concerned that she might not be able to continue competing on a professional level, she returns to Budapest and the golf course her family owns there to reevaluate her career.
Whitney finds that her father (Roy McCrerey), who has grown reclusive since losing his wife two years ago, has handed over day-to-day operations of the club to a laid-back, new golf pro, Daniel (Marcus Rosner). Daniel’s casual style is at odds with Whitney’s, and it throws her off her game, literally. As the pair get to know each other, their perspective changes and a romance develops. But, when Whitney’s former trainer returns and pushes Daniel out, it might just cost Whitney her best shot at love.
Who wrote Love on the Right Course?
Brittany Bristow and her husband, Dustin Keating, wrote Love on the Right Course. Bristow also appears in the movie. She has previously starred in A Safari Romance and A Tail of Love for Hallmark Channel.

Ashley Newbrough (Whitney)
Newbrough starred in one of Hallmark Channel's 2015 film, Love Under the Stars with Wes Brown and a very young Jaeda Lily Miller (When Calls the Heart). She has also starred in Snowmance and Small Town Christmas.
Fun fact: Newbrough and Marcus Rosner recently starred in the Countdown for Christmas movie, Flipping for Christmas

Marcus Rosner (Daniel)
Marcus Rosner long played the other guy or best friend before being upped to leading man status. He has starred in over a half dozen films for Hallmark Channel, including Valentine in the Vineyard and Love on Harbor Island. Most recently, he starred as Austin McMurray in Ride which will soon debut on on The CW.
Rosner starred in not one, but four Christmas movies in 2023 including Flipping for Christmas co-starring Newbrough.
