Greg Cote Show podcast: Greg and Chris on why Dolphins’ stunning win was so special, new Lobos anthem

The latest episode of The Greg Cote Show podcast, out now, dives inside the Miami Dolphins’ remarkable 21-point fourth-quarter comeback Sunday to beat the Ravens in Baltimore on a crazy day of comebacks and upsets in the NFL.

Chris calls it the most excited he has been for a local team since the Heat last won the NBA championship in 2013. Greg Cote calls it a career-redefining performance by quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

Not such good stuff from the Hurricanes at Texas A&M as we also touch on the first big test of the Mario Cristobal era.

But the biggest news in the football world, of course, is Episode 2 of “Hard Knocks / Greg’s Lobos,” a GCS podcast exclusive. The Lobos roared back with a huge Week 2 victory and credit the debut of a new Lobos anthem you will hear right here only in the new episode!

This is our hallmark 40th pod of 2022 and 131st overall and we welcome you back as always.

You needn’t be a football fan to love it. Also in the latest episode:

Greg brings you bizarre facts that even he never knew about the “Wizard Of Oz,” one of his all-time favorite films. That’s right. We’re talking about a 1939 movie. Take that, Cinephile!

What is the strangest way you have accidentally cut yourself? Greg has one that’s tough to beat.

Greg is impressed by Inter Miami CEO David Beckham’s ordinary yet extraordinary tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.

A couple of highlights from our two recent Zoom Happy Hours with winning listeners.

Introducing the Guey Awards.

Also, a new dad joke of the week.
